Delete your Rupix account

Applies to Rupix Finance (Budget & Expense Tracker) and other Rupix Labs apps.

From the app

  1. Open the app and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Tap Continue and send the email that opens.

Without the app

Email support@rupix.io with the subject “Delete my Rupix account”, sent from the email address you signed in with. We use that address to confirm the request is yours.

What gets deleted

  • Your Rupix sign-in account (email and account ID).
  • Everything synced to our cloud: expenses, income, budgets, recurring items, accounts, Udhaar records, family-space memberships and your profile.
  • Push-notification tokens linked to your account.

We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

What we may keep

Anonymous crash and usage statistics that can't be linked back to you, and any record we are required to keep by law, for as long as that law requires.
